Returns & Refunds

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Email us at support@velunii.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — we need to expect it.

Please report damage or defects as soon as you notice them. The unused-condition requirement for standard returns does not prevent you from reporting a faulty product. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your VELUNII arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if available. We will review the issue and provide the next steps; do not send it back without instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
