Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Any applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Launch Batch #1 orders are estimated to arrive within 14–21 days from the order date.

Launch Batch #1 inventory is being transferred to U.S. fulfillment before domestic delivery. The estimate includes this transfer and delivery to the customer; it is measured from the order date, not the dispatch date.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays or fulfillment disruptions may affect arrival. For an order outside the estimated window, contact us with your order number.

Tracking information will be provided once your order enters the U.S. fulfillment process.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, contact support promptly; changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started. If tracking reports delivery but you have not received your package, contact us so we can help investigate.
